Community out reach activities: The hospital team is not only trained in providing the best in eye care but is also trained in a variety of out reach community based activities with the help of local sponsors. Apart from the paying section sudarsani Eye Hospital is organizing free service also to those who cannot afford for the best in eye care. The hospital is in the process of organizing more free service for the underprivileged. Also "SU-DARSHAN" a school children eye screening programme is in progress, and already more than 10,000 children were benefited. Awareness programmes to the general public are diabetic Retinapathy, Glaucoma, Eye Donation etc., are frequently conducted.
